When I was a kid I jumped out of bed and completed each day at a dead run. Now I am just tired. Can I ever hope to get back to that get up and go desire in the morning, or am I just stuck with having mornings get slower and slower as I get older...?

As you get older, you tend to wake up a little less rested and with aching joints and bones. It's called "old age creeping up." Take two Advil or Tylenol, and by the time you finish your first cup of coffee, you will be chipper and ready to go!!

Good luck!!
