The last Matrix movie was such a disappointment. Neo and Trinity would not have died in my version. I would have figured out a way for the humans to "really" win. Those computers would be toast.

In The Pirates Of The Caribbean 2 I wouldn't have let Jack Sparrow be eaten, I don't know what I would do differently but anything that doesn't involve death.

xmen, scott shoulda been the one still alive (not logan) who got thru to jean at the last minute and then realized he had to kill her. jean NEVER loved logan. oh, and rogue would never of gotten rid of her powers (makes her seem so weak, when she is like the toughest chick ever) and the proff wouldnta died and come back (or whatever that was all about at the tail end), he'd of just lived (and not acted like such a loser the whole movie).

I know it wouldn´t make sense in the long run but in Star Wars 5
I would have made Darth Vader recapacitate when he met his daughter and son and go back to being a nice Jedi........

in Red Eye, i would change that Jackson could have gotten away instead off being shot..now they probably won't make a 2nd one. i love that movie just because of Rippner(Cillian Murphy)!!!
