Bic Comfort 3 (its a disposable!)

If you shave every day, like I do, you'll stop getting razor burn, as your skin will get used to it. Never shave dry (without water!)

The Mach 3 is the best razor made. Shave with shaving cream, not soap. There is a product called No More Bumps, which claims to reduce the bumps, but I haven't tried it. Use baby powder to keep the area dry, and that will help.

I like to use boy's razors - I have a Mach 3 right now and it works beautifully. Shaving creams and gels will help with the bumps, but I haven't had a problem with that since picking up the Mach 3.

Use a shaving gel, just about any razor [but don't use the same one too long], and apply lotion to your legs when you are done. Do not do what I did once - shave where I got a chill and shaved off dozens of goose bumps. Gross.

You need to exfoliate the areas you shave in order to reduce any ingrown hairs (which cause the little bumps). By gently exfoliating the skin layers away with each shower, you're allowing the hair follicles to grow through the skin easily and not create the little bumps.

I really like the Schick Extreme 3 (with 3 blades) Comfort Plus (for women - they have it for men too).

I use a Schik Quatro and like it. Shaving bumps can be avoided by using enough water, a good shave gel and fresh blades. Shave against the way your hair grows, so shave from your ankle up to your knee. Moisturize afterward.

A lot of people will disagree with me, but I love my epilator which is a device that pulls the hairs out. It's the same principle as waxing, and not that painful once you get used to it! Waxing or epilation are much easier on the skin than shaving and you will have a lot less bumps and irritation.

the solution to this problem is to stop shaving w/ any razor. try waxing. its not really painful, and lasts a lot longer than shaving, and leaves no irritation. Even a better solution i would recommend is laser hair removal. This is something you could save up for that is definetly worth your money. its not painful. and its permanent.
good luck

My favorite razor is the Schick Intuition. It has the soap built in, so it is easier, and helps for a smooth shave.

If your getting bumbs its usually because the razor is old or you going over the same area more than you should. Exfoliating helps to prevent this.
