Water, especially the ocean, is deeply connected to my soul. I know this sounds trite, but the ocean is like a mother to me. Whether I'm beachcoming, snorkeling, swimming or surfing, I feel free and childlike and totally without worry, as if I am being nurtured.
When I was young, water soothed me. I would take baths when I was unhappy or I would jump in the pool and go to the bottom, hold my breath and just listen to the quiet.

Water baby. I was bred and raised near the ocean. I miss it terribly. I am now a desert dweller- and have come to love the mountains. It is like the beach in the desert. But truly nothing can ever beat the ocean. The smell, the taste, the feel of the sand, the sound of the waves, that feeling of just floating and being consumed by something so vast and deep...ahhhh. I miss the beach. I've got to go camping.

Mountains! Oceans are pretty, but they all look pretty much the same. Mountain views can be absolutely breathtaking!! Plus, in the Fall and winter, they're beautiful! Oceans don't change like mountains do.

I am a water person cuz I flow and move in any direction instead of staying in one place and staying in one direction, like a mountain.

I'm totally a mountain person. I love hiking, biking, rafting and camping and the scenery in the mountains is always so spectacular! It's my favorite place to go to recharge!

I love the mountains...majestic. I am in awe of the ocean but will only wade in up to my ankles.

I love the water because i find it so relaxing.I could swim and lay in the sun all day long.I live in the city but im always outback in my pool and tanning.
