No, but he might be able to fire you if he contends improper use of the company's computer, so be really careful how you tread from this point on. No you cannot sue your manager. It is a company computer for company business. The courts have ruled they can read everything you do on a computer. Keep your computer usage strictly job related and wait untill you get home to use your own computer for whatever you want.

No, because they need to monitor that you are being productive and not stealing sensitive info.. plus he probably reserves all the rights in the contract. If he shares the information with other employees then yes you can sue, i dont know if you will win... probably not. Sorry. Good luck.

You can try to sue them, but you don't have any real standing for a case. You are using the company's property and are subject to their monitoring - just as your phone calls can be.

No you don't have a case for suing him. On the other hand, he has quite a strong case for dismissing you from work if you weren't doing what you were paid to be doing.
