No, she has every right. She is serving her son's memory by holding the man she sees responsible accoutable. She wants to know why Bush would mock the way her son died...looking for WMD's that did not exist. And since he was able to pull some string and get the laws change saying people could not protest in front of his ranch, she bought neighboring property.

I absolutely despise George Bush and everything he stands for.
That being said...
I think that her grief and frustration are making her act in ways that are not honoring the spirit of her son. He died doing what he thought was right, and she has a right to be angry. But if she wants to honor him, she should do something to promote peace, not turn into some creepy stalker.
She needs to step back, and realize that there are more positive and rational ways of creating change than this. Fund a scholarship, build a park, have a camp where Muslim, Christian and Jewish kids gather together and learn about each other. Promote peace and rationality. Don't cheapen your son's memory with cheap media stunts. Leave that to lesser things.

If this woman really gave a **** about her sons memory, she would have donated the money to disabled vets or some other charity...not buy land so she and her hippie friends can get their 5 minutes of fame pissing on Bushe's front lawn.
Face it...her son joined the military knowing full well he may have to sacrifice his life for our country, and i proudly thank him for that.

Yeah, like buying some property is going to make Bush resign. Why not plant a tree? That's just as useless. Besides, the money is hers, she can do what she wants. But she shouldn't use her son to make her point because (from what I've heard) her son WANTED to go, the military didn't make him go.

The best way for a mother to honor a son's needless death is to do anything and everything you can to keep other women's sons from dying.
This is what Cindy Sheehan has chosen to do.
She has the right to do as she chooses.
She's an American.
Remember?

I think so. She's neglecting her family that's still alive to focus on her son that died. No matter what she does, it's not going to bring him back. I'm on her side as far as the war goes, but she's already lost one son and she's ignoring her other son and her mother....who almost died recently. She should appreciate what she has left. I feel sorry for her loss, but she hasn't lost her other family.

Yeah, what scoobyd3 said.
Until people feel as passionately as she does for a cause as important as hers, they really have no right to judge her.
I mean, it would be the same as someone like me saying that those who call her a nutjob or whatever are "disinterested, vapid morons who are ruining this country with their apathy."
I mean, like her views or not, at least she gives a s***. How many of us can say that we've *EVER* cared that much about an issue that affects soooooo many...

i hope he doesn't find out. I think she needs to honor the way he died. He chose it. He took the oath. I feel she is disrespecting his heart and his decisions by bashing his chosen way of life. she lost a son, it is very painful. He took care of her in the end. She should be thankful and be proud.

conflict isn't a game. real adult men and females and infants die in wars. possibly if President Bush/Cheney, who never served in a conflict have been extra attentive to the real effects of conflict, they could have concept two times in the past production a conflict in Iraq.
