is there any way to boost the power to a wireless network device so it can have greater receiving range or greater sensentiveity With out sending to a lab. and dont say things like you need a lab. because i have done it. not this but other things like install my own video and sound cards and ram chips. and i know all about static discharge.

You can't easily boost power output or, for that matter, improve input sensitivity. You can, however use higher gain antennas or directional antennas to extend the range. Take a look on ebay or http://www.geeks.com.
