How do I use a title tag in an *.xspf playlist file?

I tried , but this didn't work no matter where I put it. I also tried simply typing it in. Nada. Just keeps saying "Undefined". To see the player I'm trying to make the playlist for, go to http://www.fulturnjones.com and click on the "Listen while you browse" link at the bottom of the home page. It makes a pop-up, so you have to have pop-ups enabled to view it. Don't worry, there are no AD pop-ups or anything like that.

I can't find info on this anywhere. All the websites say is that the title is human readable and the playlist can only contain 1. There are no examples of it anywhere.
