If it counts: The Who - My Generation. I mean it's the greatest song ever, and considered the first punk rock song, so yeah. If not, then (does proto-punk count?) MC5 - Kick Out The Jams. If not again, The Clash - Jimmy Jazz. If not, then it's not real punk you are looking for.
