She's insecure and she is feeding off of the attention of other people. People who are insecure pick on those that seem to be weaker than they are.
My suggestion to you, is to stand your grounds with her. I mean be firm too. Don't be afraid of her, that is what she wants, but if you take her by surprise, she will learn to respect you and stop being such a little jerk!

OMG she's so damn weird!!!but like i see,she likes you very much and she does everything to get your attention...my opinion is that she thinks that is "flirting" LOL
just flirt with her too,and she'll see that you pay attention to her and will stop bothering you
