ok....it was in France.....it starts out that i'm with a big group of people and one of them is my oldest brother. some of the other people look familar like people at my school and what not.
as we are walking along my brother and another guy just start to say some wierd stuff. then i hear it coming from some graves where no one is to be seen. as we are continuing to walk i see some tombs of priests and the one says " W-a-n-k" *Note my mom's maiden name is W-a-n-k*
then i see this ghostly creature appear and say to my brother and the other guy "you come with me"
and thats the end of the dream

ok i just had a revolation and i now know who the other guy was...it was my fiancee... with my brother and i and the rest of the group(no clue who the rest of the people were besides them 2 and my french teacher)

Hmmm, that is a tough one, but let me try.
Oldest brother = Leader
with a group = Follow
saying weird stuff = making nonsense
tomb of s priests = give up belief or
saying mom's maiden name = reminder
ghostly creature = uncertainly
To me, this is dream is about your belief of something and about making decision You probably are a person who can't make much of decision. You decide to follow group as projected in your dream. You saw tombs of priests, that means there are some belief that you may give up. It could be belief of your ability or could your decision. Then someone says ****, your mom's maiden name. It could mean you always reply on your mom in many things. The ghostly creature appear basically tells you that you have lots of uncertainly. And you are to follow other people or in this case you can't really make you own decision.

As a general rule..
dreams with a death scene or theme do not signify death.. but change.. generally a significant change.. the key is what does the other guy signify, and how is he related to your brother, what does he symbolize.. and how does he 'influence' any possible change..

is ur mom dead?? i am a farie and i get dreams of the future and they come true just not exactly as the dream goes.
mabey your going to find classmates,go to france with them and ur brother and if ur mom isn't dead (i dont mean to make you worry) i guess she might die when ur there or when you return.
