I believe that MTV is getting worse. It focuses less on music these days and more on giving thousands of unknown people their 15 minutes of fame or showing just how horribly picky teens and young adults are when it comes to dating. The only time that they really show anything related to music is late at night and early in the morning when most people are still sleeping.

MTV has been crappy for a LOOOOOOONNNGGG time! I remember back in the day when MTV actually played music and it was pretty sweet. Now, MTV is full of a bunch of crappy, tasteless shows that make me want to puke.
