if you are breastfeeding then you should be taking a mulitvitim already so that should be helping...
if not you can get some zinc tablets...or even better are Blackmores Skin Support tablets which is basically a vitamin with all the good things that you skin needs. I think that you can also get skin, hair and nail vitamin formulas from the drug store.
the best thing really for acne is to drink lots and lots and lots of water, stay away from sugary and fizzy drinks. get yourself into a good cleansing and moistursing routine morning and night. i use neutrogena products after using everything else...they work for me but what works for you might be totally different...

def. take probiotics. go to your local healthfood store. They can help you find a good brand. Also use Tea tree gel cleanser. It works well. The main thing is to realize that your acne is caused from the inside of your body, so eating junk food high in sugar, excessive dairy etc. isn't good for you. My advice is to see an alternative healthcare practitioner. They can give you all the information you need as to what herbs you should use and what diet is best for you. They can actually pinpoint it directly for you the individual cause everyone is different. Also what helped me out the most was doing a colon cleanse. Cleaning out all the toxic matter cleared my acne right up. Go to http://www.drnatura.com/. Hope that all helps.

Drink a lot of water, take acidophilus tablets to replenish healthy bacteria, and try taking colloidal silver, kombucha tea, aloe vera juice, and the list is endless. Get in a lot of exercise as well. Try to avoid greasy foods and sugars. A great website for alternative health is curezone.com or www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com
Good Luck!
