my 1988 nissan sentra front passenger side door is jammed as a result of someone using thier slim jim on it while trying to get it open with my knowledge. but in the proccess messep up something. now my door will not open and i can't figure how to get it unstuck. anyone have any knowledge on how to unstick my door.

hence the reason slim jims are a bad idea probaly broke one of the clips that hold the latch and rods in the door if you cnt open it from inside or the out side then take it to a mechanic and let them fix it, if you can get the door open pull the inner door panel and fix your problem

i would try and take a slim jim and follow it down the side and it sould pop the lock

take the door pannel off and look inside and see what's broken, bent or jammed.

pull of the pannel and see what looks wrong and well thats probobly whats wrong or your latch is broken!

drive the car to the nearest car fixing place and tell them what happened. then they'll probably fix it
