i already have what i want up i made it my self i ust dont know how to do anything else hosting and doing all that if anyone can help me for not alot of money please let me know i will send you the pics and you can do the rest cause i really wouldnt know what to do and anotherthing is someone told me they would do it for 50 bucks so i did it and i sent him the money fist cause thats what he wanted to do but he never made my website so if you can make it first i will pay you right after its not like i wont pay you because you will have my address and my number that will be posted up i wont cheat you like they did to me please help

Here's some info so you can judge if a person is charging too much.
Phone call/emails/chat, getting your files, finding out what domain name you want. 30 minutes maybe.
Getting a domain name: 10 minutes
Cost of the name is about $7 us these days.
Getting hosting: 15 minutes
Cost of hosting is about $5 us /month (if you pay yearly).
Uploading your files: a few minutes while drinking coffee.
Set DNS servers (may not be required): 5 minutes.
Testing and tweaking: 5 minutes and up
If your site is 100% working, that might mean 5 minutes to confirm it.
If a few things (like urls) need adjusting, probably 5 or 10 minutes per page that has to be touched.
Anything more serious is unlikely.
One thing you can do if you have a credit card or paypal account is to get the name and hosting yourself. Then get someone to do the file uploading and tweaking. You can get name+hosting from the same company such as:

http://www.ipower.com
and others.

If you already have the HTML for your site, you can contact any number of hosting companies. Currently, my site is hosted through http://www.1and1.com/ I got in for free though when they first opened, I don't know what they charge for a basic site now though. You will also need to purchase a URL from a registrar, most hosting companies offer this feature as well.
