Reading. I can totally escape the noise and reality around myself if I have a book.
I am so hooked, that if I don't have the opportunity to read something each day, I feel cheated. I have been known to read the cereal boxes in the cupboard out of desperation.

skateboarding. i am straight edge. and dont use drugs. skateboarding is exciting to me. going fast. and requires alot of concentration. it realy puts you in the moment. plus i have a lot of friends that skateboard. so its something i can do alot.
