Great leaders, historically, need three primary things...
1. Passion - The drive and desire to do something extraordinary and powerfully well. To inspire passion in others is impossible without passion in yourself.
2. Integrity - They may not be popular or pretty, but great leaders say what they mean, mean what they say, and follow through, no matter what. They can't be bought or corrupted. Right or wrong, they stand for something.
3. Vision - The ability to see beyond their own world and experience, to surround themselves with honest men and women of all backgrounds and experiences, to reach into themselves and not just view the world through their own eyes, but through the hearts, minds and eyes of every man, woman and child that they take an oath to represent.

No, I set goals for myself everyday. A leader needs brains & common sense to the needs of the people he is leading. There should be no doubt that "CLUELESS" isn't stamped across his forehead.
