It depends on my mood, whether I am sad or happy. When I am happy, the sunrise and sunset are both beautiful. But if I am sad I try to only look at the sunrise because of its promise of a new day. On the other hand, looking at the sunset only deepens my sadness as I think of the approaching cold and dark night.

Sunset - I have always been a night owl and the association with evening wins me over for sunset.

sunset. It signals the end of the day for me and I can relax and let the wild child in me out to play.
