I think this person actually would want to rub El Chris' testicles. He wants to know how to make his fantasy person feel better. He's so into it he puts extreme emphasis on the feel part of his question. God what a repulsive mental image, huh?

BTW, I'm not even sure which group are dumbocrats. Is it a play on Democrats or does it refer to the Republicans because their icon is an elephant, just like Dumbo the flying elephant.
