In case you really want to get rid of the migraine, I would suggest something completely different without remedies.

fioricet is basically just tylenol and caffeine, which you can just take tylenol and drink a pepsi for. midrin is ok, but imitrex is, i think, the best. its a bit expensive, and may not be covered by insurance, but its really effective.
