He gives off this really BAD boy image, the tattoo's and mohawks, the music.. But then he goes home to his wife and kids and is really cute and snuggly and a good dad..lol

Probably that he looks/sort of acts like a badass. Also, he's a (former) drummer for a very popular band (Blink-182). I hear girls like musicians. And they definitely like the guys in their favorite music groups.

For me its the fact that he portrays a tough guy...but you get to see his soft side when he's with his family. Guys that are tough but can be really emotional and sensitive are a turn on...for me at least.
