hate to tell you this, but they are some type of maggot. check your cupboards for their egg sacs. probably where you keep stuff like flour, cereal, grains.

I'll bet you've got either a bag of flour or bird seed that has bug larvae in it. Check them and get them out of the house it that's the case.
