Latitude is not needed. You need to know your longitude AND the exact time of your birth. The rough procedure is to first calculate the sidereal time of your birth (which depends on both time and longitude). And to do it properly, you must first compute the Julian day number for the date in question.

Sidereal time is the right ascension of a star which is transiting the meridian at the time and longitude of your birth. Add 90 degrees (6 hours) to that, and that's your equatorial ascendant. Note that right ascension (RA) is measured in hours, while astrological convention generally puts things in degrees; there are 15 degrees in one hour.

This is a worthy spherical astronomy problem and is not asking for an astrological interpretation.

However, I am an astronomer and do not know all he astrological terms. Looking at the source below, it seems to me that to calculate the equatorial ascendant you would need to know your latitude. And, no, I don't think it would be easy to calculate. It would be an interesting spherical trigonometry exercise though.

Venus in pisces and sun in aries, not opposite each other.Pisces is 30* away from aries, side by side sign wise. The rising signs you mentioned are impossible, only one could be your rising sign, the other would have to be your MC or IC,most likely. You may have scorpio rising and leo MC(10th house cusp),or leo rising and scorpio IC(4th house cusp). No other combination would be possible.

There's a reason there's no astrology category.
