you would need to study it in colledge- 4 years.
you would want to get your masters- 2 years.
you would need to get your doctors degree-2 - 3 years.
so probably 8 to 9 years.

You need to get a college degree, at least. That's 4 years past high school if you take a decent load of classes.

Depends on how high ya wanna go! BS (4-5 yrs) to be a research tech or field tech; MS to run a lab or facilitate a project; phD to head up research or projects and have labs run for you.

Depends on what you want to do in that feild. If you go to a univeristy, it is usually 3-5 years to get a BS or BA.
