Absoultely!!! Im pregnant now and i used petrolem jelly for best result bcoz it moisturizes overnight and it really works.. but its just sticky but yup it works! My mom told me to used it aside from lotion and when my friends and i went swimming and we run out of lotion we used petroleum jelly instead!!! It really works..

Yes, pertroleum jelly is safe, but there are better lotions out there, for tight dry skin, coca butter or something with shea butter.

Absolutely. But I would reccommend cocoa butter or shea butter for moisturizing. If your skin is really dry, try olive oil or Castor Oil. It really works well and lasts long too.
