i rather have a whole bunch of people i can turn to than just one person. i dont want to just depend on an individual if i ever need help just because everybody else hates me.
but like the first guy, i dont need anybody cuz i'm gonna make it on my own anyways

I would rather be loved by one but liked by none. Thank you for asking this question. It really made me think about my current situation. I have been battling within wondering if I should try to please my family so they will like me and accept me. After thinking about this question I have determined that the one I want to be with and to love is the choice I will be making. He is a wonderful person. My family has been discouraging me from seeing him because it upsets my brother. (The man I am seeing is an exboyfriend of my brother's current girlfriend) We don't have a closeness like we use to and I can't see any reason why I should sit in my hole to have others like me when I could be in a wonderful love relationship. It is much better to be loved by one and liked by none.... even if the none are family members. Thank you and God bless!

I'd rather be loved by one, and liked by none. Hopefully the one person who loves you will give you plenty of unconditional love. You're going to need it if nobody else likes you. We humans also need to be liked and accepted, so I don't think I'd at all like not to be liked by anyone. That's also a bad sign in a person, if noone likes them. There is also no way to make everyone like you. Someone somewhere isn't going to like you, so it's really an unrealistic scenario. But if I had to choose, I'd choose the one person's love.

Loved by one but liked by none.
I am a very passionate person and have yet to find a woman who is the same. I have a lot of women friends who tell me I am their best friend but none who will love me.
If I could find that one special person, I would be happy. Other people would not matter. That may sound a bit selfish but I am an INTJ personality, so I guess it fits.

I would preferred to be loved by one & liked by none. Being loved by someone is great & fantastics. Once u have the luv, grab it tightly & never let it go. Deep inside ur heart u don't feel empty. Whatever good or bad issues u have or occurs, u can share it with ur luv.Likewise , to be liked by all but loved by none sounds a little strange. Don't u think u can share every sweets, sour or bitter occasions with them? I don't think so.

If I was loved by none but liked by all, I'd have nobody to come home to. On the other hand, if I was loved by one but liked by none, I'd have that special someone who I could always be with. Screw everyone else, I don't need them anyway.

I would rather be loved by one and liked by all but if this is not the case then the one I have chosen to be my partner would be the one I would rather be loved by as being liked does not really give you a true friend or partner in life

I would rather have complete and total love with one, than to be just friends with many. I think as humans, we need the love and companionship of a partner beyond just friendship. There are just so many things that can't be told to a friend, but you can to a life partner/soul mate. When I'm lonely and thinking about something that bothers me at 2:00 in the morning, I can go to my wife and talk to her about it (although she actually would yell at me, since she's probably sleeping).
Honestly, you can't live a complete robust life without both, but given those two choices, then love of one over like of many for me...

I would want to be loved by one but be liked by none. Because, I'll always have that one person who will love me no matter what, and If i have that i don't need anyone else.

This one sounds better to me. All you need is love, so you would still have that one person who loves you.
Plenty of people (celebrities) are liked by tons of people but still can't find true happiness, that's why I go with the one where you have love.
