No... it HAS to be when you actually deliver and the nurses keep pressing down on your uterus to make sure all the afterbirth is out... and then they keep waking you thru the night and morning to do it again and again UGH.... be prepared...you SO want to punch them in the face!

hey hun....for all of you with the negative remarks (like calling a baby a bas@@@@ you still need to do some growin' up and you shouldnt even me tryin' to answer this question..igmos!....as for you hun...it all depends on wether or not there are any complications...i loved being pregnant and no it didnt have that perfect pregnancy either....sleepy all the time for the first 3 months big chested enough...and they only get bigger as you know....and i bet i kept them cracker places in busniess with the whole nine months...no i have to say the only thing i hated the most was all the blood they would draw (seemed like it was every other time you stepped in the doors) because i am deathly afraid of needles and that never did go well...but i think the other thing i hated was the epidural (thats right needles again) i can tell you with what i all ready know now i would have skipped out on that one....my twin sis whent all natural and she felt a lot better after she had her baby...as a matter of fact her and the baby both were bright eyed when it was all over...the other thing i hated and i know this is after the baby BUT it must be told lol is those darn mile long pads you have ta wear!....i bet they sheard a whole field a cotton to make just one of them jokers!... any way thanks for readin' my ramblins and rember your gonna on a life changin' jorney that has so many more rewards then dissapointments....i tell you when your holdin' that little baby you realize that it was worth all the needles, contractions, months of wonderin' were in the world your feet whent, and worry....cause its worth it all....love daisy

Nobody warned me about back labor, or the fact that your tail bone can actually be broken when delivering your baby. The pain from the back labor was so horrible, then my tail bone took almost 6 months to heal! And how the Dr.'s and nurses come in and have to look at your nether regions every few hours after you deliver! No such thing as dignity in any of it, but it's all worth it when you get to hold your sweet little baby!

When your milk supply comes in your breast hurt really bad and get rock hard. My son was kept at the hospital for 5 days because of high bilirubin levels. I woke in the middle of the night in pain and crying because I needed to nurse. I ended up in the shower instead and popping tylenol. Also I had a major episiotomy incision with him so it hurt like hell to have a bm. My second delivery was a piece of cake compared to the first.

The worse thing no one told me?
Having to sleep sitting up. LOL
With my second baby, I was so huge I couldn't sleep for the last three weeks of my pregnancy.
Oh wait, also that babies don't care what your plans are! Baby #2 had NO plans of leaving! He had to be dragged into this world kicking and screaming (literally!).

For regaular birth not a caesarian birth... Worst thing is that they have to cut your skin outside the vagina so the baby can come out... it freak me out!!! but hey doc say you wont feel a thing and they will fix the cut after that..

if the baby comes to fast and by the time you get to the hospital and they can not give you anything for the pain. THAT was the WORST feeling in the world!

I think the worst thing is the terrible pain you go through having the baby.

Wait until you're breastfeeding - if you're large-chested at all, you'll have to wear one 24/7 again! I'm 4 mo post-partum and still do!
