do you really fold socks? i just roll mine together...maybe you can do that...it doesn't take but a minute...

she might have grown up learning not to fold socks. if you fold them by tucking one of the tops into the other it can stretch out the elastic. i just lay one ontop of the other and fold it over. or maybe she doesnt think its a big deal to fold them. they are just socks after all. just let her know it bugs you that she doesnt fold the socks. but be polite about it, i bet you'll get folded socks if you are. she probably doesnt know it bothers you. ...on a side note. im sure you have bigger and more pressing issues than unfolded socks. put things into perspective. you're letting the small stuff bug you.

You OWN your Socks - Does she OWN the Grass? big difference.
I will tell you how we solved this in our house. FOLD (MATE) YOUR YOUR OWN SOCKS.
My husband does not like them stretched. My kids misplace rolled socks. So, if you want socks in my house you have to dig in the Sock Box. Yes, I said Sock Box.
I cook, laundry, dust, vacuum, homework, plant flowers And he eats, wears clothes, and mows the lawn...... now because we have six in our family....they all fold their own socks.

LMAO - Sorry, that is cute!! Probably not to you, I find it amusing though. I wish that I had that answer for you but I don't I can onlu tell you that I dislike folding socks as well. It's like the silverware when your washing dishes. Do you wash dishes? If so you will know what I am talking about.

I do my own laundry and my husband does his own laundry. You could ask her to please fold your socks: let her know it bothers you. If she still won't, you're on your own.
