I had my first ob appointment, and after doing the internal my doc scheduled me for an ultrasound to make sure things were ok. (I was 6wks 4 days at the time) I went to the ultrasound, and they did a vaginal. The tech could find nothing, and later on when the doc called me he said the same thing. They could find no baby, but they did find a tumor. He told me he was waiting on the blood work to check my hcg and that he thinks it was a miscarriage but we may need to check the hcg again to make sure. Up to that point I had had no bleeding, just cramping which I was told was normal. Now for the past day I have had very light spotting and hardly any cramps. Has anyone else been through this? What was the outcome?

It does sound like you probably did have a miscarriage. It sometimes takes your body awhile to figure out the pregnancy wasn't viable.
I had a miscarriage that never completed itself. I only had a little bit of spotting the day before I went to my ob apt.
I had to have a D&C to remove the remaining tissue and clean out my uterus.
I hope you feel better about it soon. I know it can be rough.

When I had my miscarriage I began bleeding at 7 weeks I used to be advised to relaxation because the bleeding used to be now not very heavy. I used to be nonetheless bleeding at nine weeks and used to be admitted in to health facility. They did an ultrasound and stated the fetus used to be most effective measuring five weeks gestation. I used to be one hundred% definite approximately my dates in order that they stated they could wait yet another week to look if there used to be any difference. I miscarried five days later. So it took my frame five weeks to understand the being pregnant used to be none possible. You might be on the begin of a miscarriage, the one approach they are able to be definite is to do an extremely sound and blood paintings to examine your hormone phases. I have additionally skilled a overlooked miscarrige wherein I had no bleeding but if I had my extremely sound at nine weeks there used to be no heartbeat. In among I did have twins who are actually four eays historical. I wish all is fine for you.
