Can anyone suggest truly unique things to do in Toronto or the surrunding areas?

Example: Eating with your hands at the Ethopian House restaurant, stuff like that...not the usual tourist trap stuff that everyone knows about...

i don't know if this is touristy but there is a shoe museum that is unusual.
