You ask him out. You show some confidence, and you say, "Hey, I think that you're pretty cute. You wanna go out with me and my friends (or just me) this weekend? We're just going to the park."
That should be non-threatening, and I think that he'll probably say yes. If not, it's his loss.

here's it. jsut ask him out casually.. the more u panic will be crying out loud" i like u!" just be cool and ask casually.
if he likes the tot he would say yes to it anyway.
i asked guys out and i tihnk it is all abt being cool abt it .. but not tat i fancy the guys...hmm oh well.. just be cool ya?

im right there with u and i think that u should just find out some stuff about him first so u might have something in commen and then start a conversation about something he likes and then ask him. just a suggestion.:-)

Aww! well you know what, you just have to do it. Dnt think about it because its either you or another girl swiping him, you know! So trust me he will be flattered and if not then dnt get mad just stay classy and he will come running....it always works!
