the school i go to for lpn, treat the students like something to scrape off their shoes.

Well, who knows? But I bet if you put a little honey in your actions you could draw more flies! Be kind, even if they aren't, it really throws some people, they don't know how to act. Use reverse psycology on em!

Find a different school. Or better yet, complain!
Go to the Dean of students, or administration, go somewhere. Tell them that their school wouldn't even exist if students didn't have to pay tuition to attend it. Tell them about your experiences and give them suggestions on how to make things better. Maybe they need help in their Human Resources Department. GOOD LUCK!
