If you take the Biblical account of the creation of man as true, then you are right God created one man and then one woman, for all the obvious reasons.

But the Bible teach us that God gave us free will, and that is what prompts this mess, a mess no one will be able to solve or answer.

Each and every one of us, has the God given right to choose. Whatever you choose is your responsibility.

Does God approves homosexuality? You can find arguments all over the net and beyond supporting the idea and denying it too. At the very end, it is a matter of choice, individual choice. Free will at its best.

He created Eve for those who wanted variety and bear
the children and keep an eye on the rest of us.
If men rule the world then who cleans up the mess they
leave behind?
There was a good reason God created Eve.
Women are the "Keepers" of the Zoo.
And yes, there are some men that choose the "Gay" lifestyle.
All the others have had no choice - they were born that way.
It is not a sin to be different, sexually or otherwise.

Even if you accept the Bible as containing the literal truth of God, the ability of mankind to propagate itself should not be a measuring stick for whether an sexual activity is 'okay' or not.

For example, if a man has a 'wet dream', is that sinful? And how so? He had no control over it. By extension, are other things he has no control over now sinful as well? That path of logic works great when you are trying to control large groups of people through fear of normal human behaviors. But I would hardly consider it an accurate representation of all reality.

Having had a realtive who was gay, I can confidently say that some people are simply (for better or worse) attracted to the same gender. If they could 'fix it', or 'choose to be straight', they would.

If you still don't believe this, ask a gay man sometime how he felt when he finally 'came out.' I think they would describe it as being similar to having everyone tell you that 2*2 is 10, and one day *finally* realizing that it is actually 4, and that there are people who understand the same thing.

It really is that important to their sense of identity, and who they are as people. I think we would all do better to stop looking for 'the answers,' and focus on asking better questions instead.

If there were two Adams, so to speak, and Eve wasn't created, that's where it would stop...he has the power to make two men or two women fall in love. It's not like homosexuality is a new fad or something... Eve was in his original plan to continue the species.

That's why he created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. God knew that man needed a helpmate, woman. Like they say opposites attract. That's why two magnets with opposite fields, North and South, stick together. Try North and North; they will repel.

There was a need for a woman to perpetuate the human race. Things changed after Adam and Eve ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. For example: at creation they were naked. After the fall, they were clothed.

i don't agree with homosexuality at al. but i do have 2 family members that are homosexual, and one has gotten aids!!!! and i hate the fact that everyone says you can't be forgiven for it. my dad's a preacher and i grew up on it and i know that in the bible it says that a sin is a sin. no sin is greater than another. liying is the same as murder, and adultry, and disobeying ya parents and everything else that's considered a sin. the only thing unforgiveable is blasphemy so do whatever makes you happy!
