Sarek is a Vulcan character in the Star Trek fictional universe. Mark Lenard performed all of the appearances of Sarek in the Star Trek films and television programs, with the exception of a flashback in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier in which Jonathan Simpson played a younger version of the character (Mark Lenard did provide the voice-over).
He also has the distiniction of playing both a Vulcan and a Romulan on the original TV series.

Sarek played by the late Mark Lenard the only actor in Star Trek to play Vulcan ,Romulan and Klingon characters.
As an aside Mark played General Urko in the much missed Planet Of the Apes TV series.
