If you have had one please tell me what your opinion of it is. Were you satisfied with the results? How much smaller did you go? How long did it take to recover? Was it very expensive?
I want to go down only one cup size, from a D to a C and get a lift.

Although a D is a normal size, it is quite big on me as I am kind of petite.

I am 4'11 and 110 pounds, so we are about the same size. I was a 34FF and I'm now a 34C. It has changed my life! For the better, of course.
I had my reduction two months ago. The results are marvelous! My breasts are small and perky and beautiful! I am still in the "recovery" process, but after about two weeks, life was entirely back to normal. Since then, I've just been putting Mederma on my scars twice a day. It's very low-maintenance.
The surgery bill was $13,000. My insurance paid for most of it, of course, and I went to the best surgeon in town, but that'll give you an idea of price.
If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them!

I haven't had one, but I know 2 ladies who had it done in their mid-30's. One was EE, one was G. Both were suffering from back pain and muscle spasms from carrying aroudn so much weight. The largest had 7 lbs. taken off of EACH breast! I think they were down to a D or even a DD. Both look normal now and say they'd never want to go back to their pre-surgery size. Both of these ladies had insurance to pay for it b/c other prblems being caused by the excess size. I doubt going from a D to a C would be covered unless you can prove other physical ailments resluting from the size. D is pretyt common and normal.

I had reduction surgery last year. Best decision I ever made. I went from E/F to C/D - they took so much off that my insurance paid the whole thing because it was considered a disability! I believe the actual hospital bill was like, $15k (I stayed overnight, but most of the time it's outpatient) I was back at work after a week and fully healed in about three months.

I'm a DDD cup. I've been contemplating reduction for years. I would also like to get a lift. As an added benefit, reduction reduces the risk of breast cancer by over 60%. Good luck to you.

Breast Reduction Surgery(all types of cosmetic surgery) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges obesity surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your lobesity surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
My cousin got her breast surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her .hope this helps
