and the son gits sent to the hospital in savier conditioned
at the hospital the doctor walks in and says i cant work on that kid he is my son how can it be the dad died.

a dad died agreed but you never said the dad was the son's dad so basically some dad died and the son's dad works as a doctor . that means there are two dads one real dad and another fake dad.
