The KEY to multiplying fractions is to simply multiply the numerators together to get your new numerator, then multiply your denominators together to get your new denominator.

Multiplying -4 by -3 would give us 12, and multiplying 5 by 8 gives us 40, so our final answer would be 12/40.

And because both are divisible by 4, we could reduce it down to 4/10.

Remember, multiplying 2 negatives together gives your a positive!
