She is sad all the time. Why do guys do this anyway? He leaves here for a few months; then all the sudden he will act like he had a big revelation and come back to her just when she is beginning to get use to the idea of being without him. He has done this several times in their marriage. Can a guy really be this way and not be seeing other women? He claims there is not another woman.

Life Hard Lesson: Men are habitual liars, whether to cover up something, run scared, etc. All with the same basic reason to get what they want. Truthfully, this guy has found himself along time ago. Basically, he wants his cake and eat it too. This guy should have never gotten married in the first place. He was never ready to make a lifetime committment so he gets scared or not sure what he wants,so he disappears, and does who knows what, but for amrried guys to disappear for this length of time is probably not good, and then eventually shows back up. This guy really needs a lifetime to figure out exactly what he wants. She needs to sit down with him on neutral ground and tell him shes tired of the crap, wants to know exactly whats going on, and where they go from there. Time for some tough love. Good luck

YOU KNOW...I thought for sure that is was possible....BUt then I found out that guys need attention and are GREAT liars...I would've swore on the bible that everythign he said was true.. I mean it was so devasting....If he leaves her it is for a reason....if she takes him back like that then he KNOWS that she will coninue to tka ehim back while he goes on these adventures. so wheirhter it is a new girl, or flings, or just havng a life without her it is wrong and he doesn;t really want to be "settled" with her. She is a convince for him. He might love her , but not true love...I know what she is going through and i am sure everyone is telling her she is stupid and stuff....Wll LOVE IS BLIND and the TRUTH HURTS....I am still trying to grasp it myself. Just let her know that she KNOWS the truth DEEP down and is only robbing herslef of real love and HE WILL NOT CHANGE.....If htere is not another girl there will be.....TRUST ME!!!! good luck and tell her she is strong and there is still time to find true happiness!!!!!

he claims theres not another woman??? lol yeah right! wait, no he's probably not lying.. theres not another woman, theres other WOMEN.. when he gets bored he goes away for months at a time till her starts feeling lonely.. then he comes back till he gets sick of being married again , and then just keeps doing it over and over again.. at what point is your sister going to stand up for herself and say NO!.. he is mentally abusing her every time he does this, and although he's a sorry excuse for a man.. shes really no better because she is enabling him to keep doing this to her, she either needs to accept that this is who he is, and just let him do this , or she needs to get a back bone and realize she's worth more then being treated this way..

He is a child in a man's body. He is afraid of committment, and is just running away from the relationship when things get to tough. She needs to stand up for herself - and tell him, "Fine, you need time to find yourself, if you leave, I will give you the rest of your life to find yourself". Once she shows she loves herself enough to not put up with that, he will either get with the program - or good riddance.

He stays with her till he thinks he has found something better, but when that doesn't work out, it's back to old faithful. The revolving door will never stop revolving unless she puts her foot in and stops it from spinning.

In order to find out who you are, you have to look within yourself, you don't have to leave your spouse to do that.
This is a "bad" habit that he has. But to be honest with you it's your sisters fault. She lets him walk all over her and she needs to put a stop to this situtation. Once she stands up to him, he will began to respect her, right now he has no respect for her and she needs to love and respect herself.
