What is a great idea for my friend's birthday?

My friend will be turning 49. She is a VP at a high tech firm, and has pretty much everything she wants. There must be something that would put a smile on her face... I live about 400 miles away, so would be sending/shipping it to her. Help!

well maybe a day of luxury would be nice call my maybe bueaty salons or day spas in her home town and book her an appointment, everyone likes to get indulged....or if you cant book maybe get her a gift voucher to use at the salon or spa at a time good to her..

If you are really good friends - "Name a Star" after her. She will absolutely flip. You get a certificate, etc. with it.
