Try online sales at sites for Saks and Nordstrom... or try to find boutiques online who are having special seasonal sales.
Or, try a place like DSW (Discount Shoe Warehouse)... they tend to carry designer shoes that have either gone out of season, had slight irregularities or just didn't sell well. Sometimes you can find some really cute stuff for some really great prices....

One of a kind shoe boutiques. If you can't get to the city that has them, they sometimes ship to serious buyers. You have to call though. Usually ranging $400+ for athletic shoes, and $1000+ for dressier models.

idk i wus bout too say the mall but u want them cheep umm sales i would say that i mean mii shoes are expensive an i dont allways get them at malls their is ross umm tj max umm sales and stuff soo theirs lots of choices!!LOL im not that good at this but i hope i helped out!!
