Cheating isn't just about sex. If there's an emotional attachment to another person and if you act on it while you are in a relationship, then yes, it's cheating.

Your question is not clear.... Are you doing something with somebody but you're not having sex? OR Is your partner with you but not having sex with you...but may be having it with someone else.
If you're doing something (no matter what) with somebody else and it led you to even ask the quesion, you yourself already know that what you're doing is cheating.... If not, why did you think of even asking the question. There's already a little guilt there right now....that "I'm really a good, decent, honest person" is having a guilty conscious. Remember...never do or say anything that you would mind your significant other or your children seeing you do or hearing you say. Answer that honestly....then, you've just answered your own question. Take care....

Yes, cause you can commit adultery in your heart and sin and fornicate in your heart
as well. Cheating in this instance will be if you are married or has a steady girlfriend
that believes she is the only one. So one can cheat by not having sex. Because its
in your heart. Having a relationship and desiring sex in one mind and more than three
persons are involved will be cheating.

Yes it is. If you are showing more attention to this other person than your hubby/wife it is cheating. That is the first step into DIVORCE COURT! Tread lightly. The fall aint worth the fun!

well the question is are you guys going out as friends or lovers???? if lovers then yes it is cheating if its just friends then no if your partner is having a promble with you having friends of the other sex then she needs to find herself . my boyfriend has many female friends and they go out some and i have no promble with that because i know its just friends

If you cannot introduce the person to your partner or he/she does not know about them then yes it is cheating. Or if you get to emotionally involved with someone then I think it is not appropriate.

yes; because you have thought of it or you would not be asking...you have the desire to have sex....you can do alto without having sex would you want your partner to do everything but not having sex? Would you feel cheated on? I would.....just my openion.
