I don't have time or money to invest or to go to school right now. What is the best thing I can do to get an immediate income and a long term job or business I can start that will net a profit and pay my wage at this amount. I am in sales (10 years) and am quite tired of it.

As a former manager at several law firms, I know that, in large cities, the major law firms pay legal secretaries from $40,000 to $65,000+. Some law firms will train you, others may require experience. You should have knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint.) Some college, or, a college degree is a "plus," but not required.
The benefits are good, the work may be stressful, in large law firms. Your Sunday newspaper should have legal secretary job postings, or call employment agencies that specialize in legal secretaries. A nation-wide company is The Robert Half Agency.
Also, look online.Monster, Hot Jobs, etc. Good field, excellent salaries, plus often a holiday bonus. Most law firms will train you in the area for which they are recruiting.

Are you unhappy with sales or with what you are selling? Or both. Unless you sign on with a j.o.b. I don't know what the alternative would be except maybe a professional gambler or something. You could go learn how to drive a big rig within 2 weeks and make $35K or more to start. If you are in a big city, I am sure there are a few trucking companies willing to hire.
There is always ebay. I only dabble and make $1000 a month with very little effort except going to the post office.

I don't know where you will find a job that pays that much without experience and/or a college degree. Consider Real Estate school. It isn't free but it doesn't cost as much as going to college. Good luck.
