Exercising is a good way to release stress, like aerobics, walking, jogging/running, yoga or whatever you enjoy doing that helps you to relax. Another way is to do deep breathing while relaxing your body - starting with your head. Alot of people feel that this technique works well. Also allowing your self time off to not think about work and doing something else like a hobby, sports or going on a vacation helps too.

you could also start golfing. its fun to whack the balls. the golf course and driving range are normally quiet. i also like the feeling of when you hit the ball perfectly because in order to do that, you shouldnt be tense and tight. you should be loose and smooth.

you could go biking. its so peaceful to ride on the trail by yourself (or even with a friend). and you can loose weight. :)

Sex. Masturbation. Playing tennis. Getting some fresh air and going for a walk. Escaping into a book or a movie. Going to a ballgame and relaxing.

Join a football team...s'what I did...or if you don't like team sports then try some kind og high impact excercise like kick-boxing. For me, there is no better stress buster than playing a soccer match...

I would try this exercise that will help strengthen your hands. Just take both of your hands and put them around your neck, then squeeze, you will soon feel less stress and lots of peace

Go to the driving range and hit some golf balls....you can just whack the hell out of them and the best part is that you don't have to pick them up after!

I think that you could take up kick boxing or running, having sex(which is also a calorie burner). Writing things down, or yelling into a pillow
