I know the hourly wage is bad for peeps doing burger king, and mcDonalds, but I have had the worst experiences with money just disappearing. Wrong price for chic burger and fries. Then another place misplaces Rewards card.

I find that trust is a word that sets you up for disappointment. I trust God and myself! If these fast food places are ripping you off stop going. Start taking your lunch with you. You will be amazed at how much extra cash you have and trust me you will need it to buy new clothes. I stopped eating fast food and lost so much weight. I only stop for a burger every two or three weeks now. I can hardly stand fast food anymore. You could say I went on strike!

Thank you for your question.

It sounds like problems with the staff rather than dishonesty per se.

Have you lodged a complaint with the management of the particular restaurants? It might lead to the problem being fixed.

I trust people but verify their actions.

i only need to trust one. me. i need to trust my instincts enough to be able to tell when someone is trying to "pull one over" on me, or just making an honest mistake. however some days seem to be all full of mistakes... uggh... those days i usually go home... put my jammies on and wait for tomorrow.
