You CAN increase size/girth with increased blood flow, and correct jelging techniques. The ones who state that it doesn't work, probably never tried it, listened to someone else, rather than for their own opinions, or tried it, but weren't consistent and persistent.

You can try to stretch it out. Don't take pills or anything that spammers try to sell. The pumps and creams and all that crap are BS too.
Penn and Teller did a show about this on their "Bull****" show, and it did show a guy who restored his foreskin by stretching.
Probably you would be better off to learn to concentrate on the needs of your lovers and be confident with the size you have.
