This relates to constitutional prohibition on naturalized citizens. In my case, I was born abroad to parents who both hold American citizenship. I have had from birth US citizenship. So can I be President someday?

DOH!
If you are a US Citizen from birth, you are nt a naturalized ciizen.
In that case, yes.

However, be aware that there ARE circumstances in which a child born to Parents who hold american citizenship, but live outside the US, are not automatically american citizens.
