my brother has a nokia and i have a sony and he says his phone is better because his has a radio but mine has bluetooth and his doesnt and mine has more features !

I used to sell phones and I always prefer the Nokia. They just don't break as often as the others. There is a great website www.phonescoop.com thatcompares all kinds of phones and has reviews from real people. By the way , when I worked for a short time in the warranty department for a cell phone service provider, we used to joke that we worked in the Motorola repair center. 90% of the phones we had to exchange were Motorolas. They break if you look at them sideways.

Most people, like me, would either have one or the other, so it's hard to compare. I really don't know if a phone is good until I use it for a few days, maybe even weeks. Hopefully you find that person out there that has had experience with them both.

Which Sony Ericsson model are you comparing to? It also depends what are comparing against, ie. Camera, MP3 Playback etc.
NOkia tend to have better resale value.

no contest. the sony wins hands down. nokias are junk compared to how the sony operates.
