This is a question and answers site. There's a link to the community guidelines on the Ask page right under the box to type in your question (and at the bottom of every page):

It's called correct punctuation. It's something most of us learned in grade school. Using correct punctuation, correct grammar, correct spelling etc. shows some semblance of a person with some formal education.
