Well, what you're really asking is who are your next TWO picks, because you'll be picking back to back in rounds 2 and 3.
It's a possibility that Reggie Bush will still be on the board at that point, but if you've got Larry Johnson already, depending on what has transpired already, I'd be tempted to wait on the 2nd running back, and nab a top flight WR if the run hasn't already started. Once Manning has been nabbed, there's no reason to grab a QB this early. In fact, you may want to go WR/WR, and hopefully you'll be picking one of the first few, and get 2 very quality WR's to complement your stud RB.
Gates may be tempting in this set of picks, more than likely you'll not have him on the board when you come around again, but I don't know what all the hubbub is about, he's going to play for perhaps the worst 49er team in 30 years. Let someone else take him, and if you've just GOT to draft a TE, there will still be servicable picks in your Rd 4/5 pairing.
However, if you go WR/WR in 2/3, you've almost got to go RB/RB if you feel strongly about 2 left on the board. By this time, your QB's will be so identical you can afford to wait another round.

Larry Johnson all the way baby
Kansas is gonna play an run-first approach so he is the best option , not that Alexander or LT can´t do better than him , but using logic hes the best option right now
as for the second pick , its really tough to say but u probably should not get Gates , there are a few TE that can do well , and you should go RB with your second pick. You should be able to get 2 decent RBs and then go for a QB or Gates

In a ten team league, you;ll still have some options at RB - Good call on LJ - he's my #1 in all formats.
remember, you're picking #20 and #21 back-to-back - so look to definitely fill your #2 RB and then take next best player available with your other pick.
You'll regret it if you wait until #40-41 to take another RB. I would not go with Gates with #20-21 - it's too early. Yes, he'll be gone before you pick again, but you need to fill your #2 RB, and then probably the best WR out there.
At #21, I would bet you'd still have a shot at one of the ARZ WR (Boldin or Fitzgerald). If even 6-7 teams go with 2 RB before you, a guy like Torry Holt might even be there at #20-21.
Worst case scenario;
#1 - LJ
#20 - Julius Jones/Jamal Lewis type back (make sure you get their backups later in the draft)
#21 - Anquan Boldin
Not bad if you ask me.
With your #40-41 picks take next best WR and QB - don't worry about your TE until rounds 10+ (If Vernon Davis is there at 10-11, grab him).

Take a RB if at all possible...that is, if there's another top or second-tier (Top 10-12) RB on the board. Otherwise, go for one of the top 5 WRs, and if they aren't there, grab Gates. Just be sure you wait and take a QB later...just don't wait too long. Keep an eye on your fellow owners during the draft, take note of who else needs a QB, watch your QB board, and when you start to worry that the pool will run dry on you, pull the trigger and get yourself a top 10 QB in the middle rounds...while having a stacked RB and WR corps.

Third round is too early to take Gates. Assuming that you can start two RBs then I would take the best RB and WR still on the board. You should have plenty of WR to choose from. If you are lucky, FItzgerald is still there. Most likely not though. You should have your pick of very good receivers though (Moss, Owens, Burress, Harrision) and I would take Moss. WRT RBs, if is tough to predict who will still be left on the board. You should still get a decent 2nd back though like DeShaun Foster, Jamal Lewis, Deuce McAllister or Kevin Jones. All depends on who the other owners are partial too. Make sure you check the injury report as I haven't heard anything conclusive yet about Deuce. If healthy, he is a top 5 back. Bush may sit out the year so he will get plenty of carries and with Brees at QB, they won't be stacking the box against him! All depends on whether or not he is healthy.
When it comes back to you for your 4th and 5th picks, pick up your 2nd WR and your QB unless Gates is still on the board. In most drafts, Gates is going in the 4th or 5th round...

I would stay away from Gates. Early in the draft, you should take the best available player and not worry about positions.
If you are in a "snake" draft, you will have the last pick in the second round and first pick in the third round. You should be able to get a good WR and your second RB with those two picks.

Since you have back-to-back picks, it doesn't really matter how you do it because either way, you can address your RB abd WR positions with either pick. In a 10-team league without keepers, you're obviously deeper at all positions, so however you decide your draft strategy is really up to you.
Word of advice though: RBs may win you the money, but a deep receiving corps wins you a title

2nd round - I would get another good RB like Kevin Jones or Jamal Lewis
3rd round - You should take a good WR Torry Holt if he is still there or Marvin Harrison
4th round - I would take the best available QB which Tom Brady might be there but Carson Palmer will be there or Donovan McNabb or Hasselback
5th round - You should get another RB maybe Willie Parker or Jamal Lewis might last till then if so take him
6th round - I would get a WR Darrell Jackson if available or Roy Williams, Plaxico Burress or Andre Johnson
7th round - You should take a TE there should be alot too pick from
8th round - Take another QB Drew Bledsoe or Marc Bulger
9th round - Take a WR Eddie Kennison, David Givens, or Donrte Stallworth
10th round - Get a TE get Vernon Davis he should be available
11th round - Take a DST STeelers if there but Panthers should be there
12th round - Get a WR Derrick Mason might be available he will do good with McNair
13th Round - Take a Kicker Rackers might be gone if he is not get him but if he is gone get Vinatieri or Elam
14th round - Take a WR Laverneous Coles should be left if so take him

I think that in the second round you are either going to have alot of QB'S left or a lot of RB's left. If manning is gone take gates. If not take manning.

I would say maybe like a Reuben Droughns, Chad Johson(if available), Torry Holt, Larry Fitzgerald, T.O., Warrick Dunn, or Brian Westbrook. I think any one of those would be great and I would rank them like so.
1. Chad Johnson
2. Reuben Droughns
3. Torry Holt
4. T.O.
5. Brian Westbrook
6. Larry Fitzgerald
7. Warrick Dunn
