I'm thinking not. Seriously, he still has more drive and piss in vinegar in him to keep him going than most people half his age.
I hope he sticks around for a while longer!! I like him.
I'm loving watching Driving Force ( I think it is.. on whoever knows what channel, but ya know..the one with his daughters and stuff)

within 10 years he is going to retire and start being the boss or manager of his team and daughters

nope, don't think he will. have you seen that show with him, his wife and 3 daughters. the girls race, too and are hotties. you should try to catch it, was called "driving force".

Whether he does or not, he has a great new job in reality TV. His show is great.
